RETURN & REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS
At Fashion Fetish Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our boutique inventory, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Eligible merchandise may be returned for Fashion Fetish Boutique store credit in the form of an electronic gift card, subject to the requirements below.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit.
To qualify for store credit, merchandise must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
• Be returned in its original condition.
• Include the original order information.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied and returned to the customer.
STORE CREDIT / GIFT CARDS
Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of an electronic gift card for the eligible merchandise amount paid.
Store credit will not be issued to the original credit or debit card, PayPal account, or other original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Your electronic gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue.
Do not send damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise back before contacting us.
After reviewing the issue, Fashion Fetish Boutique may provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate remedy as required by applicable law.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit, except where otherwise required by applicable law:
• Sale or clearance items
• Items specifically marked FINAL SALE
• Bodysuits
• Swimwear
• Intimate apparel
• Accessories
• Gift cards
• Personalized or customized merchandise
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. Fashion Fetish Boutique is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while being returned to us.
RETURN PROCESSING
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to make sure it meets the requirements of this policy.
Please allow 3–7 business days after receipt for your return to be processed.
If approved, your Fashion Fetish Boutique electronic gift card/store credit will be issued by email.
